Dodam jeszcze - nie jestes bieglym, jestes adwokatem jednej strony.

Jestes stronniczy.

Dopuszczasz naruszenie prawa wobec slabszych /pracownikow, takze tych
niewinnych/ w imie interesu silniejszego /pracodawcy/.

Odpowiedzialnosc zbiorowa jak i zbiorowe naruszanie prawa wielu aby
zlapac jednego jest niedopuszczalne.

Dlatego sady czesto wydaja durne wyroki - bo polegaja na stronniczych
bieglych.
