Niestety, PESEL w tytule wykonawczym to spory problem. Gdyby mial byc w tytule to kto
mialby odpowiadac za to by sie tam znalazl?
Sad nie bedzie szukal pozwanego.
Powod bardzo czesto nie zna PESELu. Jesli wprowadzisz obowiazek podawania w pozwie
PESELu to natychmiast masz problem z konstytucyjnym prawem do sadu ktore w ten sposob
bardzo ograniczasz.
