Jak wygląda procedura staranie się o wniesienie kasacji od wyroku przez
Ministra Sprawiedliwości ? Chodzi o sytuację, kiedy orzeczono KPW z
zawieszeniem i nie jest możliwe wniesienie kasacji przez stronę.
