Mam pytanko z dziedziny piractwa i nie wiem jak sie ustosunkowac do tego co
ponizej. Sprawa wyglada tak, ze administruje niewielka siecia IP jako ISP.
Dostarczam lacza szerokopasmowe, przydzielam m.in. zakresy adresowe IP dla
moich klientow ktorzy ciagna rozne dane z sieci, m.in. korzystaja jak sie
okazuje z wymiany plikow P2P. Dostalem dzis interwencyjnego maila z USA w
imieniu Paramount Pictures, ktore wzywa mnie do ukrocenia procederu
sciagania jednego z filmow tego producenta i wskazuje na IP jednego z
klientow (pula zdefiniowana dla niego w RIPE).

Mam teraz nastepujace pytania:

1. Czy odpowiadam za tresc i zawartosc przesylanych przez tego klienta
danych ?
2. Czy Powinienem powziac dalej idace kroki niz przekazanie mu stosownej
informacji o jego naduzyciach
3. Czy powinienem zawezic funkcjonalnosc udostepnionego mu lacza stalego, by
nie mogl korzystac z P2P informujac/nieinformujac go o tym fakcie ?
4. Moze ktos w ogole podpowie co robic w takich przypadkach, bo nie jest to
standardowa sytuacja jak sciaganie plikow w kafejce internetowej, bo ja nie
gromadze zadnych danych na moich serwerach.
5. Jak sie ustosunkowac wobec BayTSP - wspolpracowac czy zignorowac sprawe ?
