Tak czy inaczej, ktos musi przerwac takie praktyki, Ci sprzedajacy sa
bezkarni .
Poza tym jest jedna bardzo wazna rzecz :
w tresci aukcji sprzedajacy zamieszcza informacje ,ze przesle skan
dowodu osobistego http://www.allegro.pl/show_item.php?item=1042629121 .
Majac taki skan ,zawsze moge odzyskac to konto, w moim przypadku
sprzedajacy bezczenie twierdzi, ze nie ma dowodu osobistego i podsyla
linka do skanu dowodu jakiejs osoby trzeciej ( czy to nie jest
wykroczenie - poslugiwanie sie danymi osobowymi osoby trzeciej ?).
Na chwile obecna bede zasiegal opini prawnika ,jakie sa mozliwosci.
