Takie ciekawostki jak w "starych demokracjach" radzą sobie z
parlamentarną obstrukcją hard-core. Putin może się uczyć ;-)
Cały dowcip polega tylko na tym że *takie* prawo w stanie Teksas jest od
dawna i nie wprowadzili go teraz pod to polityczne starcie.
