Imprezę zamawiałem przez Internet z Polski, ale biuro podróży miało siedzibę
w Niemczech. Stąd nadal mam wątpliwości, czy mają tu zastosowanie
Niemieckie czy Polskie przepisy dotyczące transakcji przez Internet.

Zapewne sytuacja byłaby dużo łatwiejsza, gdyby można było zastosować nasze
przepisy.

Póki, co muszę opierać się na informacji mailowej, którą otrzymałem w
trakcie bookowania, a którą oni nie przyjmują.

Poniżej tłumaczenie z niemieckiego na angielski (sorry za ewentualne błędy -
robiłem to za pomocą automatu tłumaczącego strony).

Dla mnie najważniejsze jest zdanie, że jeżeli wystąpią różnice pomiędzy
rejestracją a potwierdzeniem, rezygnacja jest możliwa w ciągu 10 dni.



"English version: The registration takes place on basis of the travel
conditions of the organizer printed out above. The range of the contractual
achievements results from this travel registration and the performance
specification in the catalog relevant for this travel reservation. Examine
please your travel confirmation, which happens to you in the next days
separately. In the case of deviations between registration and confirmation
resignation is possible within 10 days. Afterwards deviating contents become
obligatory on you and the organizer. I recognize at the same time
obligatorily on all announced participants the travel conditions of the
organizer and the transport conditions of the verkehrstraeger involved as
